The  practice at the Law Office of Russell A. Moorhead is dedicated to serve the legal needs of both Individuals and Small Businesses  Located in Cleveland, Ohio, My office is skilled and experienced in a wide variety of legal issues. While the bulk of my practice involves civil litigation, I also have a great wealth of experience in matters out of the courtroom as well.

Over my years in practice I have represented clients in a wide variety of situations. Everything from helping a struggling restaurant owner in gaining a variance to expand his parking lot to save his business to solving a $40,000.00 child support error made by a county child support enforcement agency.

I have helped grandparents get custody of their grandchildren keeping these kids out of a destructive foster care system.  I got heirs their rightful inheritance.  

I have represented individuals in identity theft cases, working to undo the damage caused by crooks who rob not with a gun, but with a keystroke.

I won a Million Dollar Judgment for family whose children had been abused by a sports coach.

I obtained life insurance benefits for a widow who was being wrongfully denied her benefits.

I helped individuals take their idea for a  cooking show and give it structure for video production.

I have negotiated many leases for small business so they could operate with confidence  in a setting where they could grow.

​I took the dreams of an immigrant to establish a a commercial cleaning business and gave it form and substance so that he could go forward to market and sell his services in the community.
